has edited, since its inception, the internationally renowned Crocodile
Hunter Documentary
Series which
included a 52 part children’s Crocodile Hunter Series titled Croc Files
(Emmy nominated) as well as the highly successful Australia
Zoo Series for
US Discovery Channel.
The
company also edited and post produced the next generation Australian Zoo
Series and Emmy Award winner Bindi
– The Jungle Girl.
THEpostWORKS
includes in its credits such internationally Award winning documentaries
as Unsung
Heroes, Grandfathers
& Revolutions
and the recently screened World War Remembrance Day documentary The Tragedy of the
Montevideo Maru
and currently co-produces and edits the Australian television lifestyle
program Escape
with E.T.
Penny
has served as a guest lecturer in film management workshops at the
Queensland University of Technology and Griffith University of Queensland.
She
has consulted for such organisations as Murrimage Aboriginal
Community Film and Video.
Penny
was an inaugural Board member of QPIX, the Queensland Film Screen
Resource Centre.
She is an honorary member of the Australian Cinematography Society and has
been honoured with the Australian Cinematography Society’s 2001 Award
for Services to the Film Industry.
Penny
is a jury member and as a sponsor since 1995 for the Queensland New
Film-makers Awards hosted annually by the Pacific Film & Television
Commission and Warner Roadshow Studios Australia.
